How much can I earn by renting my space on Sharebee?
The price of a rental on Sharebee will depend on many criteria such as the size, location of your space, type of rental etc. On average, Sharebee owners earn an average of $200 per month or $2,400 per year!

If this happens during a rental, contact us as soon as possible. Never agree to rent without going through the site, it could be very risky and liability insurance will not apply.
What kind of space access can I offer?
On Sharebee, we never impose anything on owners who want to rent their space.
You can, therefore, choose to give the keys of your space to your tenant or not. If you give him the keys and the means of access, we are talking about a rental with 24/7 access.
You can also keep the keys to stay in control of the visits, it will be a rental with access on request. Be tolerant if a tenant has to come in and drop off or remove certain things. Please contact us to find a time slot that best suits both.
The rental with permanent access will be useful for some tenants who need to have recurrent access to the storage space (to retrieve a bicycle, sports gear, work equipment…) and will allow you to rent it more frequently. You can charge a higher rent for this type of rental.

When and how do I get paid?
Sharebee uses Stripe technology. It is a module that protects your banking information with 128-bit SSL encryption, the gold standard used by banks. Each month, we deduct automatically from the renter’s account, so you don’t have to think about it.
Of course, you can view the status of your payments at any time by logging into your Sharebee account. To receive your payments, simply enter your bank account information. We transfer the payment automatically to your bank account, free of charge.
